The Legend of the Blue Horse

Our shop is inspired by the legend of the Blue Horse. The Navajo tell the story of Johano-ai, the sun god. Each dawn, he starts from his home in the east, and rides across the sky to his home in the west. For his journey, he rides one of his horses and carries with him his shining golden disk, the sun. When our skies are clear and blue, Johano-ai is riding his favorite, strongest and most valuable horse, the Blue Horse.
Our goal is to make sure that you have a Blue Horse day when you come into our store, where you experience blue skies, warmth and relaxation, regardless of the actual weather outside.
We invite you to pause during your daily journey, explore Blue Horse, refresh and rejuvenate before continuing on your way.
"How joyous his neigh!
Lo, the Blue Horse of Johano-ai,
How joyous his neigh,
There on precious hides outspread, standeth he;
How joyous his neigh,
There of mingled waters holy, drinketh he;
How joyous his neigh,
There in mist of sacred pollen hidden,
All hidden he;
How joyous his neigh,
These his offspring may grow and thrive forevermore;
How joyous his neigh!
